This cake smash theme was so fun to put together! All of these fun cake smashes take place in my Sandy Utah portrait studio and parents get to come with the theme set up, cake ready and a matching outfit to boot. We went with lots of airplanes, sunglasses, and an aviator jacket for this set up along with plenty of travel decor for the background and twinkling lights.  

We always start out with family or sibling pictures to help baby get a little acclimated to the environment. This session was so fun because big sister was there to get in on the action and you could tell they loved each other so much. After he was dressed and rocking the pilot look we then pulled out his cake! It was the cutest cake decorated to look like the sky with blue icing and little white clouds. His parents raved over the taste and said they enjoyed the untouched portion at home!

I had the most fun celebrating his birthday with him and can't wait to celebrate with more sweet families the rest of this year!
