Baby Emma and her cute big sis!
I was so excited to hear that baby Emma's mom was pregnant again because I did her first baby's newborn pictures as well! I had them come into my Sandy, Utah portrait studio for a consultation to plan out exactly what they wanted out of their session! We went over colors they wanted and mom brought in the sweetest swaddle blanket with rainbows on them so we could go through backdrop blankets together and pick the perfect match.
We decided on sage green, mustard yellow and a beautiful blush pink! It was such a vibrant beautiful gallery when we were all done! They brought both Emma and her big sister in for pictures and we got family portraits, sibling pictures as well as a ton of variety with newborn baby alone. Emma slept like a dream and I was able to knock out three backdrops as well as a couple of props too! Right after the newborn session we sent dad to grab something from Starbucks (on me!) and then we all sat down to look through the images! As I was picking the best ones, I wasn't super happy with the family pictures that we did get. So I pulled back out my camera and we got a few more for them to choose from right then! It was SO easy! Everyone was already at the studio and dressed so there was no reshoot on a separate day, and I'm so glad we shot a few extra!
They ended up picking my most popular product for ALL my sessions - the heirloom album! It's beyond stunning and such a beautiful keepsake to pass down to your kids. We went through my birth announcement designs and got those squared away too. I absolutely love providing a finished product for my clients!
